Emilia Dębowska, Investor Relations Director and Head of Sustainability, combines relationship-building with private investors and family offices with leadership in sustainable investment practices. She ensures the alignment of Newport Fund and its investment projects with sustainable development goals and regulatory frameworks, including SFDR, Taxonomy, and CSRD.
Emilia has 18 years of experience in the European and US real estate markets—covering industrial, retail, and residential sectors.
Before joining Newport by Panattoni, she served for 10 years at Panattoni, including the last 5 years as Head of Sustainability for the Panattoni Group, where she integrated ESG strategies into core operations, anticipating market trends and evolving expectations of banks, investors, and occupiers.
Under her stewardship, Panattoni delivered nearly 17 million sqm of BREEAM-certified space in Europe, with an additional 4 million sqm under development — securing its position as a green investment leader.
Emilia graduated from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), completed postgraduate studies in Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), and holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from WSB–National Louis University. She serves on the board of the Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC) and contributes to working groups on the EU Taxonomy at the Polish Ministry of Development and Technology, as well as to EFRAG’s VSME Community on sustainability reporting for SMEs.
