Robert Dobrzycki

Robert Dobrzycki founded Panattoni Europe in 2005. After 20 years of rapid growth, the company is present in 17 countries being the largest industrial developer in Europe with operations also in India and Saudi Arabia. Before joining Panattoni, Robert was employed by industrial developer Menard Doswell & Co. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and holds a master’s degree in business management from Warsaw University.
In 2024, he launched the Robert Dobrzycki foundation, whose mission is social development and the promotion of Poland and Polish entrepreneurship in the international arena

Doris Pittlinger
Member of the International Board of Advisors
Doris Pittlinger, based in Munich, is a recognized leader in European real estate fund management with over 20 years of experience. She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an active participant in “Leading Ladies in Real Estate” (Lenkerinnen).
As Managing Director of Invesco Asset Management Deutschland GmbH (IAMD), Doris oversaw fund management for 21 mandates, representing €15 billion in assets across various sectors, including office, logistics, retail, residential, and hotels. She managed a Pan-European team of 24 professionals, focusing on investment strategies, ESG integration, and organizational optimization. Additionally, she was part of Invesco’s European Executive Committee and chaired the Steering Committee.
Doris holds a degree in Immobilienökonomie (Real Estate Economics) from the European Business School in Munich.

Jean Lavieille
Member of the International Board of Advisors
Jean Lavieille, based in Paris, is a highly experienced real estate and fund management professional with over 25 years in the industry. He served as Deputy CEO at AEW Europe, where he played a key role in developing modern real estate investment strategies across Europe. Since retiring in 2015, Jean has remained active in the field as a Senior Advisor to AEW until 2022 and as an Independent Director for Frey and Batilease.
During his time at AEW, Jean was instrumental in structuring, raising, and managing various funds, including the Logistis Fund, which is a €5 billion Pan-European logistics development fund aimed at long-term institutional investors. He also oversaw investment policies and fund management operations, significantly contributing to AEW’s success as a leader in the real estate sector.
Jean holds a degree from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Toulouse and has completed further education at Sciences Po-IFA.

Will Rowson
Member of the International Board of Advisors
Will Rowson, based in London, is a commercial real estate expert and founder of Newland Capital Partners. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Investment Property Forum. With over 35 years of experience in global real estate, Will is a seasoned expert in investment strategy and equity fundraising.
Will founded Newland Capital Partners in 2022, advising European real estate groups on investment strategies and equity raising. Previously, he was CEO of Global Student Accommodation (GSA) and an Equity Partner at Hodes Weill & Associates, where he raised over $2 billion for global real estate managers. Earlier, he served as EMEA Chief Investment Officer at CBRE Investment Management based in The Netherlands and chaired the EMEA Investment Committee from 2008 to 2015.
Will earned an Honours degree in Estate Management from the University of the West of England and completed the Senior Executive Programme at IMD in 2009.

Richard Apfelbacher
Member of the International Board of Advisors
Richard Apfelbacher, based in Zurich, is the Managing Partner at Loumar IM Switzerland AG. With over 25 years of investment experience, including a decade as a shareholder and Managing Partner of Sienna Investment Managers’ real estate arm (formerly L’Etoile Properties before its sale to Sienna in 2021), Richard has established himself as a leader in real estate investment and business development.
During his tenure, he transacted on real estate assets valued at more than €3 billion and, as CIO, oversaw group-wide AuM growth exceeding € 6bn, leading business development efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and South Korea. Following the sale of L’Etoile Properties, he launched a real estate fund business for Sienna and established Sienna’s Swiss representative office in Zurich of which he is the sole shareholder today. . Prior to joining Sienna, Richard gained valuable experience at MPC Capital in Hamburg, Colliers International in Mexico City and Colliers Capital in London.
Richard is a banker by training and holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading.

Daniel Raemy
CEO
Daniel Raemy is CEO of Newport by Panattoni since March 2025. He has been a member of the International Board of Advisors & Investment Committee of the Newport Logistics Fund since September 2022.
Previously, for 13 years, Daniel has been working for Bank J. Safra Sarasin, a leading Swiss private bank. As the CEO of J. Safra Sarasin Polska, he has successfully established the bank position on the Polish market. During this time, he has built up a wide network among Polish entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Before joining Bank J. Safra Sarasin in 2009, he had worked at UBS AG for 17 years, where he held several positions within private banking in Switzerland and then in Poland. Daniel studied at KV Zurich Business School in Switzerland and he holds a diploma of Certified International Wealth Manager CIWM from AZEK, Switzerland.

Krzysztof Dudek
Managing Director | CIOInvestment Management
Krzysztof is the Managing Director | CIO at Newport by Panattoni, where he manages the Fund’s operations, investment activity, portfolio and asset management, as well as fundraising and capital flows.
Prior to joining Newport by Panattoni, Krzysztof served for almost 8 years as Head of Real Estate Investment Management at TFI PZU, the investment arm of the PZU Group, the largest financial and insurance company in CEE. In this role, he was responsible for managing all operations of the real estate investment division, including managing equity and debt portfolios, transactions and financial structuring, asset management, and liquidity and hedging oversight. Krzysztof also served as the fund manager for an evergreen commercial real estate fund (approximately EUR 1 billion of GAV) and a residential development fund (approximately EUR 100 million of GAV). He held seats on various investment committees.
His earlier experience includes positions within the financial and real estate advisory divisions at Deloitte and PwC, as well as managerial positions in a real estate private equity fund focusing on commercial and residential assets in CEE.
Krzysztof graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree in finance and banking. He also studied business management at Magdeburg University.

Szymon Ostrowski
Managing DirectorFundraising
Szymon joined Newport Logistics Fund in 2021 as Managing Director in order to set up and run the fund’s operations in Europe.
Previously, Szymon worked at the Haitong investment bank, where as the Executive Director he was responsible for structuring and implementing various transactions in the field of investment banking (M&A, DCM, ECM and structured finance), as well as in the private equity fund SINO-CEEF, where he was responsible for the CEE region, including fundraising, searching for investment transactions and relations with the governments of CEE countries. Before that he worked at ICBC bank, where he set up and run, as Co-Head, Corporate and Investment banking department for the CEE region, and at Citi bank, where he had worked in various areas of corporate banking in Poland, London and the CEE region.
Szymon studied at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University and Warsaw School of Economics in Poland as well as Henley Business School in Great Britain.

Przemysław Konieczka
Head of Operations | Fund ManagerIncome Fund
Przemyslaw Konieczka is the Head of Operations | Fund Manager at Newport by Panattoni, where he oversees strategic investment initiatives and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Newport by Panattoni, Przemyslaw served for 10 years as a Fund Manager and Investment Director at TFI PZU, the investment arm of the PZU Group. In this role, he was responsible for managing an evergreen commercial real estate fund (approximatively EUR 1 billion of GAV) and a residential development fund (approximatively EUR 100 million of GAV), successfully implementing investment strategies to drive growth and enhance asset value. He held seats on various investment committees.
His earlier experience includes positions at EY and Santander Bank Polska’s brokerage house. In addition to his professional career, Przemyslaw is an Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he teaches courses in investment portfolio management, behavioral finance, and investment projects.
Przemyslaw holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics and earned a degree in Capital Investments and Quantitative Sciences from the Poznań University of Economics and Business. He is also a licensed investment advisor.

Olaf Bruns
Managing Director Business Development, DACH
Olaf Bruns is the Managing Director Business Development DACH at Newport by Panattoni. He focuses on developing and strengthening relationships with institutional investors, as well as structuring and managing transactions in the DACH region.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in real estate and renewable energy investment, Olaf Bruns brings a proven track record in international business development, fund and portfolio management, investment management, and, most importantly, institutional investor relations.
Prior to joining Panattoni Income Fund, Olaf acted as Managing Director of BRAWO Fund Management, where he was responsible for developing and managing the fund business of BRAWO GROUP and Volksbank BRAWO. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at internationally renowned firms such as GARBE Industrial Real Estate, UBS Global AM, CBRE Global Investors, and Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate. He has successfully managed, structured, and set up over €20 billion in assets across various real estate sectors and led transactions totaling more than €6 billion.

Lennart Schoen
Executive Director | Investor Relations
Lennart Schoen joined Newport by Panattoni in 2025 as Executive Director of Investor Relations. In this role, he is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional and private investors as well as the strategic placement of investment products. Since January 2024, Lennart Schoen has been part of the Panattoni group, initially focusing on addressing investors in the German-speaking market. His main focus was on family offices, insurance companies, pension funds, and pension schemes.
Previously, Lennart Schoen spent 6 years at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. There, he played a key role in establishing the German unit Capital Advisors. In this position, he primarily advised investors in the DACH region and provided fund and asset managers with a comprehensive advisory approach. Earlier in his career, he worked at Berenberg private bank, where he advised high-net-worth individuals and family offices on real estate and investment topics. Additionally, he was responsible for fundraising for the bank’s own real estate funds (Spezial AIFs).
Lennart Schoen holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from EBS University of Business and Law and a degree as Immobilienökonom (EBS).

Piotr Boruc
Head of Finance and Reporting
Piotr Boruc is the Head of Finance and Reporting at Newport by Panattoni. He oversees the company’s financial functions, ensuring that financial strategies, transparency, and reporting systems align with Panattoni Income Fund’s long-term investment objectives.
He brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, banking, and auditing, including over 17 years specializing in real estate and fund management. Before joining Panattoni Income Fund, he held senior finance roles at firms such as Mapletree, Urban Partners, and NREP, where he played a key role in setting up and managing finance platforms.

Konrad Karasiński
Investment Director | Fund Manager
Konrad joined Newport Logistics Fund in 2024 as Capital Markets Director, enriching the team with over a decade of expertise in real estate investment and financial management.
Recently, Konrad played a crucial role of a pioneering initiative in the real estate market, overseeing the startup of the Resi4Rent (Public Rental Sector) under the guidance of a prominent investment and asset management firm, Griffin Capital Partners.
Konrad holds a Master of Science degree from European University Viadrina (Germany) and a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics (Poland). Additionally, he obtained the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting during his professional tenure after graduating from university.

Aleksandra Darczuk
Fund & Operations Manager
Aleksandra has joined Newport Logistics Fund 2022 as a Fund Administrator. She focuses on fund’s operations.
Previously, she worked at Citi bank, where she was handling investment funds transactions and process improvements inside the organization’s middle office department. Previously, she also worked at the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), where she was responsible for organizing conferences.
Aleksandra studied at University of Warsaw, Faculty of Economics and at Warsaw School of Economics.

Justyna Krawczyńska
Operations and Projects Manager
Justyna joined Newport Logistics Fund in October 2023 as Operations Specialist.
With many years of experience working in notary and law firms including DZP, SSW Justyna has gained experience in the area of legal and real estate services, drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as preparing professional business proposals and presentations. Justyna also worked at BNP Paribas in the retail department as a consultant.
Justyna studied at Adam Mickiewicz University and completed postgraduate studies in: Contract Law in Consumer and Professional Trade at Jagiellonian University.

Filip Drążkowski
Fund Administrator
Filip joined Newport Logistics Fund in 2024 as Fund Administrator, bringing experience in risk management and financial analysis.
Recently, Filip played a pivotal role in a pioneering initiative in the financial sector, overseeing the setup and risk management of various funds, including PE, VC, FoF and RE, with a total AuM of EUR 1.5B at IRE AIFM Hub.
Prior to this, Filip worked as an Investment Analyst at PFR Ventures, where they analyzed venture capital funds investing in companies at the early stage with seed capital. This role involved evaluating business plans, conducting necessary analyses for investment strategies, and managing portfolios.
Filip graduated with a Master’s degree in Risk and Finance from the University of Southampton Business School, accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute and the Institute of Risk Management. Additionally, Filip earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & IT Applications from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
