Newport portfolio represented among Panattoni Gala 2026 award winners

ive projects and occupiers connected to Newport were recognised at the Panattoni Gala 2026.

Panattoni Wakefield 500 received the Best Speculative Project 2026 award. Three Newport portfolio occupiers were named Best Client: Leroy Merlin in Spain, Nagel-Group in Germany and Nagel-Group Polska. Rosenbauer Group, an occupier at Newport’s Linz asset, also received the award.

Wakefield 500 is part of Newport Logistics Fund III and its second investment in the UK.

The gala also featured the presentation of two Koliber Awards by the Robert Dobrzycki Foundation. This year’s recipients were Lucyna Kędzierska and Kajetan Pasak, known as “Kajtek fotografuje”. The awards recognise people whose talent and work help promote Poland internationally.
