Silesia City reaches full occupancy following lease expansion

Silesia City, a c. 62,500 sqm logistics investment within Newport Logistics Fund II, is now fully leased following an expansion by one of its existing logistics occupiers.

The asset is leased to three occupiers: Intermarché, Raben Group and an international logistics provider. This diversified occupier mix limits concentration exposure, while full occupancy strengthens visibility over the asset’s income profile.

Located in Upper Silesia, one of Central Europe’s key industrial and logistics markets, Silesia City is a completed asset certified BREEAM Excellent.

Reaching full occupancy marks an important step in the stabilisation of the investment, combining scale, income visibility and tenant diversification within the Newport Logistics Fund II portfolio.
