€47m financing secured for Nagel-Group BTS in Poznań

Newport Logistics Fund III has arranged €47 million of bank financing from BNP Paribas Bank Polska for BTS Poznań, a fully pre-let, 46,000 sqm build-to-suit logistics asset being developed for Nagel-Group.

The facility is being delivered by Panattoni Poland near the A2 motorway in Poznań, one of Poland’s most established logistics markets. Nagel-Group, one of Europe’s leading food logistics operators, will use the building as its main hub in Poland.

The new facility will bring together four of the company’s existing warehouses and its Polish head office in one location.

The building is targeting BREEAM Excellent. The financing supports the continued delivery of the project and marks another milestone for Newport Logistics Fund III in Poland.
